Oreo-Maker Mondelez Faces Fine Over Cross-Border Sales in EU, FT Reports
--The European Union is set fine Mondelez International millions of euros after an investigation into whether the Oreo and Toblerone owner attempted to restrict cross-border trade between EU countries, the Financial Times reports, citing unnamed sources.

--Mondelez and the European Commission weren't immediately available for comments.
