M&S in Talks With HSBC to Create Banking and Loyalty App, Sky News Reports
-- Marks and Spencer is close to renewing its long-term partnership with lender HSBC in a deal that would overhaul its banking arm into a major financial services and loyalty application, Sky News reports citing unnamed sources.
-- The revised partnership, which is expected to be set out next month and to run for seven years, aims to establish an application that includes payments, financial services and the retailer's loyalty program, Sky News reported.
-- M&S and HSBC weren't immediately available for comment when approached by Dow Jones Newswires.
