Eaton Raises Quarterly Dividend by 9.3%

Eaton's board has raised the power-management company's quarterly dividend by 9.3%, to 94 cents from 86 cents.
The new payout, equal to $3.76 a year, represents an annual yield of about 1.3% based on Thursday's midday price of $288.61, up from 1.19%.
The Dublin-based company said the increased dividend is payable March 29 to shareholders of record March 11.
