Holcim to Propose Michael H. McGarry as New Board Member

Holcim said it would propose Michael H. McGarry, formerly chairman and chief executive of PPG Industries, as an independent board member at its annual general meeting in May.
The Swiss building-material company said on Wednesday that all other board members will stand for re-election, including Jan Jenisch as chairman.
