By Will Feuer
Costco Wholesale said Chief Financial Officer Richard Galanti plans to step down after more than 30 years as CFO of the warehouse-club operator.
Costco named Gary Millerchip, the former CFO of grocery chain Kroger, as Galanti's successor. The transition will take effect March 15.
Galanti will continue to advise the company through January 2025. Galanti has served as Costco's CFO since 1993 and was added to the board in 1995.
