Vinci Signs Share Purchase Agreement with Investment Services Provider

Vinci signed an agreement with an investment services provider to purchase VINCI shares on its behalf within the limit of 600 million euros ($656.5 million).
The French construction company said Thursday that the purchase price can't exceed the maximum price set by Vinci shareholders' meeting of April 13, 2023. The agreement is valid from Dec. 22, 2023 until March 27, 2024 at the latest, it said.
