Investor AB Appoints Christian Cederholm CEO, President
By Elena Vardon
Investor AB has named Christian Cederholm as its incoming chief executive and president, succeeding Johan Forssell.
The company said on Monday that the appointment will be effective at its annual general meeting on May 7.
Cederholm, who has been at Investor since 2001, was previously head of Patricia Industries, it said.
In October, the Stockholm-listed group said that Chief Executive Johan Forssell would be stepping down from the role on the date of the meeting. Forssell will remain on as an industrial advisor focused on industrial companies and board work, it added.
Investor is the investment vehicle of Sweden's prominent Wallenberg family.
