Orange, MasMovil Plan to Sell Spain Assets to Digi Over EU Concerns, Reuters Reports
--Orange and MasMovil plan to sell assets to address European Union authorities' competition concerns over their proposed combination in Spain and picked Romania's Digi Communications as the buyer, Reuters reports, citing unnamed sources.
--The assets Orange and MasMovil intend to sell are spectrum, a customer unit and a brand, and they also plan to offer Digi access to infrastructure, according to Reuters.
