Permira and Blackstone Consortium Rethinking Bid for eBay-Backed Adevinta, Bloomberg Reports
--A consortium led by Permira and Blackstone is reconsidering its pursuit of eBay-backed online classifieds company, Adevinta, as the market outlook has worsened since news of their bid first emerged in September, according to people with knowledge of the matter, Bloomberg reports.
--The buyout firms are planning to take the transaction back to their investment committees to discuss whether they still want to continue, the people said to Bloomberg.
