Goldman Sachs Has 10% Shareholding in Industrials REIT

Industrials REIT said on Friday that Goldman Sachs Group now owns 10.024% of its issued share capital.
In a regulatory filing the real estate investment trust said that Goldman Sachs owns 29.8 million of its shares. The shareholding is worth 49.7 million pounds ($62.3 million) based on Industrials REIT's closing share price of 167.0 pence on Thursday.
Goldman Sachs didn't previously own any shares, according to the filing.
