Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Encourages Shareholders to Vote for All AGM Resolutions Despite Opposition

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners said Monday that it is encouraging shareholders to vote for all resolutions at its annual general meetings after Institutional Shareholder Services recommended voting against certain resolutions.
The company said that ISS recommend voting against resolution 3 for the approval of the directors' remuneration report, resolution 24 for the waiver of mandatory offer provisions set out in the takeover code, resolution 7 regarding the reelection of Manolo Arroyo and resolution 9 regarding the reelection of Jose Ignacio Comenge.
The CCEP board and management said they believe the resolutions are in the best interests of shareholders.
Shares at 1441 GMT were down 56.37 pence, or 1.1%, at 5,258.96 pence.
