Stocks to Watch: EverQuote, Oportun Financial, Palantir Technologies, New York Times

EverQuote on Monday posted a narrower first-quarter loss than analysts had expected. Shares of the online insurance marketplace jumped 19%, to $7.90, in after-hours trading.
Oportun Financial Corp. reported higher-than-expected revenue in its latest quarter, supported by a rise in members. Shares of the digital banking platform climbed 17%, to $5.06, in after-hours trading.
Palantir Technologies unexpectedly swung to a profit in its latest quarter amid views for revenue growth. Shares of the data and analytics company surged 23%, to $9.50, in after-hours trading.
The Wall Street Journal reported that New York Times would be getting around $100 million from Alphabet's Google over three years. Shares of the publisher rose 3%, to $41.10, in after-hours trading.
