Flutter Entertainment Appoints John Bryant as Chair Designate

Flutter Entertainment PLC said Thursday that it has appointed John Bryant as chair designate with effect from Sept. 1.
The FTSE 100 gambling and betting group said that Mr. Bryant's appointment follows the succession plan of outgoing Chair Gary McGann.
Mr. Bryant is currently a non-executive director of Ball Corp., Compass Group PLC and Coca-Cola European Partners PLC.
He also served as chair, chief executive officer, chief financial officer, and chief operating officer of Kellogg Co.
Mr. Bryant has been also appointed as a non-executive director, the company added.
