Atlas Copco Buys Australia's National Pump & Energy

STOCKHOLM--Atlas Copco AB said Monday that it has agreed to acquire National Pump & Energy Ltd., an Australia-based dewatering, environmental services and water treatment solutions provider.
The Swedish industrial tool maker said National Pump & Energy has 420 employees and had revenue of around 205 million Austrlian dollars ($137.5 million) in 2022.
The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close during the second quarter of 2023.
The purchase price wasn't disclosed.
