Accelerant Announces Date of Third Quarter 2026 Financial Results
Accelerant Holdings (NYSE: ARX), the data-driven risk exchange platform transforming the specialty insurance marketplace through the Accelerant Risk Exchange, today announced that it will release financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, before the market opens on Thursday, November 12, 2026.
Due to the pending take private agreement with Thoma Bravo announced on August 13, 2026, Accelerant will not host a conference call to discuss its results, provide financial guidance or take questions from analysts or investors.
Accelerant’s results will be made available in a press release and in its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q, which will be filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and posted on its investor relations website at investor.accelerant.ai.
