Becomes the first ETF issuer to list on Nasdaq Texas
Supports strategic growth direction and visibility of its ETF platform
Victory Capital Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: VCTR) (“Victory Capital” or the “Company”) today announced the dual listing of its exchange traded funds (ETFs) on Nasdaq Texas. Victory Capital’s ETFs will maintain their existing ticker symbols, as well as their primary listings on the Nasdaq Stock Market. They will also be the first ETFs to list on Nasdaq Texas.
“Dual listing on Nasdaq Texas is a strategic step for our growing ETF business, raising the visibility of our products and capabilities, while keeping the trading experience unchanged for our shareholders,” said Mannik Dhillon, President of Investment Franchises & Solutions and Head of ETFs for Victory Capital. “As an asset management firm headquartered in San Antonio, we see this as a natural way to align our ETFs with our home state and with Texas’s emergence as a leading U.S. financial center. We’re proud to lead the way as the first ETF issuer to list on Nasdaq Texas.”
“We’re thrilled to welcome Victory Capital as the first ETF issuer to list on Nasdaq Texas. Victory Capital’s growing ETF suite and deep roots in San Antonio make it a strong addition to our market, while its ETFs continue to benefit from the unified liquidity, market quality, and seamless trading experience that come with their primary listings on The Nasdaq Stock Market,” said Rachel Racz, President of Nasdaq Texas.
