SS&C Further Expands Relationship with Capital Group
SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: SSNC) today announced it has further expanded its longstanding relationship with Capital Group.
Capital Group has leveraged SS&C’s technology and services to support its transfer agency and fund servicing operations for over 40 years. Under the expanded remit, SS&C Blue Sky Administration will support Capital Groups’ regulatory compliance and distribution activities across the U.S., maintaining compliance with “Blue Sky Laws” regulating securities on the state level.
Capital Group is the fifth major asset manager to select SS&C to provide Blue Sky regulatory services in 2026. Transitioning firms gain access to SS&C Blue Sky Portal, the firm’s cloud-based solution offering clients a holistic view of state compliance requirements and filings. SS&C utilizes intelligent automation to streamline and enhance Blue Sky compliance processes and onboarding including:
- Daily sales reconciliation and analysis
- Daily registration evaluation
- Automated exception management
- Quality review
The increased market interest in SS&C’s compliance offerings reflects the firm’s continued leadership in regulatory services across jurisdictions, and its ability to provide enhanced transparency and reporting while scaling with clients as they grow.
“We are pleased to further grow our relationship with Capital Group,” said Rob Trower, Head of SS&C Global Investor and Distribution Solutions, U.S. “As regulations become more complex and state fees continue to rise, asset managers are seeking operations providers they can trust to monitor changes state-by-state and relieve their administrative burden and costs. Our priority is enabling our clients to seamlessly support their customers, by centralizing compliance and streamlining regulatory management and costs.”
