Leading Daytime Dining concept to adopt Aloha Next to fortify technology infrastructure and support future growth and innovation
NCR Voyix (NYSE: VYX), a platform-powered leader in unified commerce for shopping and dining, today announced that First Watch Restaurants Group, Inc., the leading Daytime Dining concept serving breakfast, brunch and lunch, has signed a multi-year Voyix Commerce Platform agreement. Under the agreement, First Watch will deploy Aloha Next, the NCR Voyix cloud-native restaurant point-of-sale and management solution, along with Voyix Kitchen, across its nearly 600 corporate-owned restaurants in the U.S.
Aloha Next, which runs on the Voyix Commerce Platform, will give First Watch a modern technology foundation that simplifies operations, streamlines integrations and enables new capabilities to be deployed more quickly across the enterprise. Together with Voyix Kitchen, it creates a resilient and scalable technology environment across the First Watch enterprise.
“As First Watch continues to grow, maintaining a consistent experience across every restaurant becomes increasingly important,” said Rob Conti, CIO of First Watch. “We are regularly introducing menu updates, operational improvements and new customer experiences, and Aloha Next will help us bring those changes rapidly and efficiently to restaurants while keeping our teams focused on delivering exceptional hospitality.”
“For nearly two decades, NCR Voyix has supported First Watch's growth and evolution,” said Benny Tadele, Executive Vice President and President, Restaurants, NCR Voyix. “Aloha Next preserves the proven capabilities First Watch relies on today while creating a unified foundation for data and operations.
