Highgarden Holdings today announced the launch of Aerwell, its physician-led precision health and longevity platform designed to bring advanced diagnostics, ongoing medical care and personalized health planning together into one continuous care experience. Led by board-certified physicians under the direction of Highgarden’s Chief Medical Officer, Aerwell will operate as a standalone care platform available directly to patients while also serving as the medical platform integrated within Everhaus, Highgarden’s private health and lifestyle club opening in Las Vegas in early 2027.

Highgarden also announced today the appointment of Dr. Philip Deibel as Chief Medical Officer, overseeing medical care and clinical strategy across the company.

Aerwell was created to address the fragmentation of traditional healthcare, where medical records, diagnostics, specialists and practitioners often exist in separate silos. By bringing these areas together, Aerwell physicians can develop a more complete, longitudinal understanding of each patient’s health and use that context to make more informed decisions and guide care over time. Aerwell's model is built around four principles: Measure, Understand, Personalize and Evolve. Rather than treating diagnostics as isolated snapshots, Aerwell is designed around continuity. As a standalone platform, Aerwell will serve patients independently of Everhaus while also providing the medical foundation for the Everhaus member experience. Core Aerwell membership and clinical access will be integrated into Everhaus membership, connecting proactive medical care with the movement, recovery, regenerative therapies and daily health practices available throughout the club.

For Everhaus members, this will include quarterly comprehensive blood testing, DEXA body composition scans, VO₂ max testing, quarterly physician consultations and ongoing access to the Aerwell clinical team. Certain treatments, prescriptions, therapies and elective services will be available separately where clinically appropriate.

Care begins by establishing a comprehensive health baseline using advanced blood testing, VO₂ max testing, DEXA body composition analysis and other diagnostics when clinically appropriate. Aerwell physicians interpret those findings alongside each patient’s medical history, lifestyle, goals and longitudinal health data to develop an individualized care plan. As new information is collected over time, patients and their physicians can measure progress, identify meaningful changes and continually refine that plan. The goal is not simply to generate more health data, but to give patients the medical context required to understand what that data means and determine what actions, if any, should follow.
