Donaldson Appoints Jeff Stierman President of Industrial Solutions
Donaldson Company, Inc. (NYSE: DCI), a leading worldwide provider of innovative filtration products and solutions, today announced the appointment of Jeff Stierman as president of its Industrial Solutions segment, effective November 2, 2026. Stierman currently serves as senior vice president of Business Operations at Donaldson, leading environmental health and safety (EHS), procurement, supply chain, manufacturing excellence, facilities, customer service, engineering and laboratories. In his new role, he will continue to report to Rich Lewis, president and chief executive officer.
“Jeff has a proven track record of leading businesses and building strong operating capabilities through a rigorous, disciplined approach,” said Lewis. “Industrial Solutions is integral to Donaldson’s long-term strategic and financial success and I am confident that Jeff’s leadership will position the segment for continued growth.”
Stierman will continue to oversee Business Operations until a successor is named. Prior to returning to Donaldson in 2025, he served as general manager of multiple Parker Hannifin businesses, including Mobile OE, and Bioscience and Water Filtration. From 2000 to 2018, he held general manager roles across several Donaldson businesses including Liquid Filtration, Aerospace and Defense and Advanced Filtration Systems, Inc. (AFSI). Stierman holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from University of Iowa.
