TrueBlue Leaders Named to SIA's 2026 'Global Power 150 Women in Staffing' List

TrueBlue (NYSE: TBI), a leading provider of specialized workforce solutions, announced today that Taryn Owen, President and CEO, and Jill Quinn, SVP and President of TrueBlue’s Centerline and Skilled Trades, have been named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) 2026 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list. The annual list recognizes influential women leaders who are shaping the future of the global staffing industry and broader workforce solutions ecosystem.

“Taryn and Jill epitomize the strength of TrueBlue’s leadership ranks,” said Chris Kreidler, Board Chair of TrueBlue. “Taryn has led the company with discipline and focus through a period of strategic transformation and growth, while Jill has deeply established our position in high-demand industries where safety and reliability matter every day. Their accomplishments reflect an ability to deliver meaningful results for our stakeholders while staying true to TrueBlue’s mission, values, and people-first principles. The Board is proud to see them both recognized for their contributions.”

Under Owen’s leadership, TrueBlue restructured PeopleReady’s on-demand staffing business to a territory-based model, expanded sales capacity, and grew the company’s presence in high-growth sectors including energy, healthcare, and government. She also advanced the company’s proprietary technology platforms, including JobStack, Affinix, and Stafftrack, using AI-enabled capabilities, predictive analytics, and behavioral insights to improve efficiency and workforce outcomes.

Quinn leads Centerline Drivers and PeopleReady’s skilled businesses, driving the operational execution behind TrueBlue’s strength in transportation, skilled trades, and energy. Under her leadership, commercial driver staffing has continued to advance, skilled trades capabilities have expanded, and energy has become a significant growth contributor for TrueBlue. She has also championed worker recognition programs that celebrate tradespeople, solar professionals, and drivers who keep infrastructure and communities running.

“This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the work of so many people across TrueBlue who are committed to serving customers, supporting workers, and helping our businesses grow,” said Owen. “Jill’s leadership exemplifies the best of TrueBlue: strong partnerships, operational excellence, and a deep respect for the people doing essential work. We are honored by this recognition and proud to represent the teams whose efforts make our progress possible.”
