Outreach Celebrates Customers Redefining Modern Revenue Teams with Agentic AI
Nucleo Awards call for nominations now open, recognizing outstanding achievements in revenue, exemplary AI GTM use cases, and leaders pioneering AI-driven selling
Outreach, the leading agentic AI platform for revenue teams, announced nominations are now open for its 2026 Nucleo Awards, honoring customers who are redefining how modern revenue teams operate. The awards recognize organizations and individuals who use Outreach to deliver real revenue outcomes, build operational rigor, and pioneer new approaches to AI-driven selling.
In 2026, AI became foundational in revenue orchestration, so it is the way teams use it that sets them apart. Many organizations are moving from experimenting with AI to relying on it, and hiring AI agents as teammates. Those deploying agentic AI thoughtfully are building real momentum, and the Nucleo Awards exist to recognize the teams and individuals leading the way.
The Nucleo Awards span six categories:
- Revenue Leader of the Year recognizes a revenue leader driving transformation by using Outreach AI to change their team’s revenue workflows and sales motions.
- Pipeline Impact Award recognizes organizations that have dramatically improved pipeline generation or velocity.
- Agentic Revenue Pioneer honors organizations generating revenue with AI agents or creatively using them to accelerate revenue automation.
- Rising Revenue Leader recognizes an emerging leader in revenue operations who has spearheaded key operational or revenue improvements, effectively leveraged Outreach tools and AI capabilities to modernize revenue processes, and demonstrated measurable impact through efficiency gains, process enhancements, or improved team adoption rates.
- AE of the Year honors a frontline seller whose execution in Outreach drove standout personal results
- Women in Sales Leader of Impact recognizes a woman sales leader who is pushing boundaries, building and mentoring others, and demonstrating excellence in sales.
"2026 raised the bar for revenue leaders well beyond hitting quota," said Michelle Morgan, Research Director at IDC. "They're now expected to hire and deploy AI agents across their teams, prove real ROI from agentic AI, and lead their organizations through one of the most disruptive shifts the industry has seen. The leaders who are pulling ahead aren't just adopting AI - they're embedding it across the entire GTM motion: prospecting, deal management, coaching, forecasting. That's where the real separation is happening, and it's reshaping what high performance looks like in sales."
Outreach supercharges what high-performing teams can achieve, delivering a platform that helps customers build more pipeline, close deals faster, and forecast with confidence. It celebrates customers who are paving the way in AI revenue orchestration.
Each winner will receive an exclusive prize package including a complimentary Unleash 2027 pass, AI Credits for their company on the Outreach platform, and more.
"Our customers are showing what's possible when AI handles the work that steals time from sellers, and people get to focus on the relationships that close deals," said Cathlyn Lang, Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at Outreach. "Outreach is a pioneer in agentic AI for revenue teams and our customers who joined us along the journey are now demonstrating clear and measurable return on investment. The Nucleo Awards are our way of saying thank you, and of sharing their stories so every revenue team can see what it looks like to hire agents instead of renting software."
Winners will be selected based on the impact they have made on their organizations and the revenue industry. Nominees must work at a current Outreach customer, and anyone can submit a nomination. Nominations are open through November 13, 2026 at 11:59pm PT. To learn more, submit a nomination, and read official rules, please visit https://www.outreach.ai/nucleo-awards.
