Mobix Labs to Host Investor Update Call on Critical Minerals Strategy and Business Outlook

Mobix Labs, Inc. (Nasdaq: MOBX), a provider of advanced technologies and solutions for aerospace, defense and other mission-critical markets, today announced that it will host a live investor update call on Thursday, October 8, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. ET.

Mobix Labs management will provide an update on the Company’s business and improving financial performance, and discuss its pending acquisition of Special Project Delivery (SPD) and the strategic expansion into rare earth and critical minerals contemplated through the National Security Matters (NSM) platform.

SPD management will discuss SPD’s recently announced definitive agreement to acquire Winner Water Services, Inc., a revenue-generating U.S. rare earth company based in Sharon, Pennsylvania, and how Winner Water is expected to strengthen and expand Mobix Labs’ participation in the U.S. rare earth and critical minerals markets.

Winner Water recovers rare earth elements, scandium and alumina from coal ash. Its process has received six consecutive Department of Energy and Department of Defense awards totaling $53 million over ten years. In August 2026, Winner Water broke ground on a rare earth extraction demonstration plant at the National Carbon Capture Center in Wilsonville, Alabama.

The call will also address the strategic rationale for the transactions and how the addition of SPD and Winner Water is expected to expand Mobix Labs’ exposure to strategically important U.S. critical minerals and national security markets.
