Forbes Recognizes Fifth Third for Customer Service Excellence for Fourth Year
Fifth Third Bancorp (NYSE: FITB) has been named to the 2027 Forbes Best Customer Service list, marking the fourth consecutive year the Bank has earned a place on the annual ranking. The recognition reflects Fifth Third's ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences through personalized service, innovative banking solutions and trusted financial guidance.
"Four consecutive years on this list demonstrates that our teams are earning customers' trust one interaction at a time," said Jamie Leonard, chief operating officer at Fifth Third. "That matters more than ever this year, as we welcome hundreds of thousands of new customers from Comerica. Our standard remains consistent: we measure ourselves against the best and work hard to get better every day."
Forbes partnered with customer-insights company HundredX to identify this year’s Best Customer Service brands. The rankings are based on a year-long survey of more than 164,000 consumers, who rated companies on personal interaction, speed, services and resolution. More than 4.9 million ratings were collected across more than 5,500 unique brands, with only the top 300 companies earning recognition on the list.
As the ninth-largest bank in the United States, Fifth Third offers a full suite of consumer, commercial, payments and wealth capabilities, including the award-winning Fifth Third Momentum® Banking suite and mobile app with features such as Early Pay and Extra Time®. These offerings are backed by a resilient balance sheet and an expansive network of approximately 1,500 branches and 21,300 ATMs. Fifth Third gives customers the flexibility to bank how and where they choose while maintaining the local relationships that remain at the center of the customer experience.
Fifth Third designs products around how customers live, work and manage their money today. That approach is reflected in Fifth Third Momentum® Banking, the Bank’s flagship everyday banking solution, which brings together features designed to help customers access their money sooner, manage short-term cash flow, protect themselves from fraud and plan for important life moments.
