Aspira Announces the 2026 America’s State Parks Photo Contest Winners
Aspira® in partnership with National Association of State Park Directors (NASPD®) is thrilled to unveil the winners of the landmark 10th annual America's State Parks Photo Contest. Over a competitive two-and-a-half-month submission window, the contest drew close to 10,000 entries spanning six distinct categories: The Park Experience, Wild Portraits, Shores & Waterways, Peaks & Plains, Action & Adventure, and Fan Favorite.
After careful deliberation, the judging panel selected this year's standout collection honoring seven exceptional images. The prestigious Grand Prize was awarded to photographer Dianne Slotten for her capture titled “Misty Hike to Dripping Springs” photographed at Catalina State Park in Arizona. Dianne receives the grand prize of $10,000, and each of the six category winners take home a $500 REI gift card courtesy of Aspira.
"Marking a full decade of partnership with the National Association of State Park Directors for this extraordinary photo contest is a tremendous milestone for Aspira," said Steven Man, CEO of Aspira. "Every year these submissions remind us why we are so passionate about connecting people to the outdoors. Huge congratulations to Dianne and all of our talented category winners for capturing the spirit of our nation's treasured public landscapes so vividly."
“It is always remarkable to witness how deeply people connect with the outdoors through the lens of a camera,” said Paul McCormack, President and CEO of the National Association of State Park Directors. “We send our warmest congratulations to Dianne Slotten and every photographer who shared their artistry with us.
