Augmeta Raises $3M to Give Every KPI Its Own AI Operator

Seed round led by Depth Ventures will accelerate Augmeta’s Agentic KPI Ops platform to protect revenue and pursue untapped upside in digital funnels, 24/7.

Augmeta today announced a $3 million seed round led by Depth Ventures, with participation from Next Wave NYC (backed by Flybridge) and scouts from Index Ventures and Sequoia Capital. Augmeta gives every KPI an AI Operator with revenue to protect and upside to chase.

Teams track far more KPIs than they have the capacity to move. Revenue leaks persist while teams piece together answers across systems. Opportunities to improve conversion, retention and customer value remain unexplored. Even when teams identify what needs to change, follow-through gets fragmented across people, tools and priorities.

Augmeta’s AI Operators work 24/7 across teams and systems, finding what could be better, taking action and learning from what worked—even when no one is asking. They validate data, investigate changes, surface opportunities and build an evidence-backed case for the next move. Each Operator retains context from investigation through action and outcome.

“Every KPI has a place on a dashboard. Too few have someone working every day to improve them.” said Salman Jamali, co-founder and CEO of Augmeta. “Revenue keeps leaking, and by the time answers arrive, the moment to act has passed. The big ideas keep waiting. We’re building Operators that stay with each KPI and keep the work moving, while teams set the goals and guardrails.”

Augmeta calls this approach Agentic KPI Ops. Teams can work directly with their Operators at any point. Within defined guardrails, Operators can act autonomously, request approval or escalate decisions requiring human judgment.

At a Fortune 500 retailer, Augmeta already works across more than 100 KPIs. Operators investigate what is off, surface opportunities and bring answers into the team’s business reviews. They work alongside the team on next steps and continue long after the meeting ends, covering more ground without adding more to the team’s plate.

The funding will help Augmeta simplify deployment, expand KPI coverage and increase the range of actions Operators can execute and verify.

Augmeta was founded by Salman Jamali, Arslan Jamali and Nitin Bhaskaran, whose backgrounds span product and engineering leadership at Amazon, Opendoor and Home Depot.

Every KPI deserves an Operator.
