Partnership to bolster ATS growth in Virginia while supporting national account strategies.
ATS Automation Inc., the premier independent smart building controls and integration provider, announced that it has added Engineered Services Inc. This addition will enable the ATS Companies’ continued growth in Virginia while providing increased capabilities and support for national account clients. ESI will now serve customers under the new name of ATS Engineered Services.
“Partnering with ATS is the culmination of several years’ efforts to find a solid, high-standard, and growing company to build our future with. Our employees and customers alike will benefit as they learn the tangible benefits of this partnership. Finding a successor is always a big challenge, and the ATS team made this a no-brainer. We could not be more excited to open this new chapter in ESI’s long history,” said Mike Bletzacker, CEO of ESI.
“ESI is extremely pleased to join the ATS family. The strong alignment between our organizations is reflected in our shared vision, core values, and dedication to our employees and customers.
