Obsidian Solutions Group Awarded Firm-Fixed-Price Order to Support Joint Human Dimension Training Program
Obsidian Solutions Group today announced it has been awarded a firm-fixed-price order to support the Joint Human Dimension Training Program. Work will be performed primarily in support of the 95th Civil Affairs Brigade at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The program will deliver specialized training that strengthens the human dimension of joint special operations—enhancing decision-making, cultural understanding, partner engagement, and operational effectiveness across the civil affairs mission set.
“This award reflects the trust U.S. Army Special Operations Command places in our team to prepare Civil Affairs forces for the complexities of the modern operating environment,” said James Farrelly, Joint Programs Manager for Obsidian Solutions Group. “The Joint Human Dimension Training Program is essential to ensuring operators can assess, influence, and operate effectively among populations in contested and partnered environments. Our personnel will bring proven joint training expertise, rigorous curriculum design, and mission-focused execution to the 95th Civil Affairs Brigade and its higher headquarters.”
