First paragraph, second sentence of release should read: The quarterly dividend will be paid on October 28, 2026, to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 6, 2026. AGILENT ANNOUNCES CASH DIVIDEND OF 25.5 CENTS PER SHARE
Agilent Technologies Inc. (NYSE: A) today announced a quarterly dividend of 25.5 cents per share of common stock. The quarterly dividend will be paid on October 28, 2026, to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 6, 2026.
The timing and amounts of future dividends are subject to the determination and approval of Agilent’s board of directors.
