First American Financial Corporation Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend to 61 Cents per Share

First American Financial Corporation (NYSE: FAF),a premier provider of title, settlement and risk solutions for real estate transactions and the leader in the digital transformation of its industry, today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 61 cents per common share, an 11 percent increase over the prior level of 55 cents per common share.

“This dividend increase reflects our confidence in First American’s business prospects and our continued commitment to returning capital to shareholders. Improving market conditions, particularly in the commercial market, reinforce our optimism about the opportunities ahead,” said Mark Seaton, chief executive officer of First American Financial Corporation.

The cash dividend is payable on October 5, 2026 to shareholders of record as of September 28, 2026.
