Developed by TIME in partnership with Statista, the fourth annual World’s Best Companies ranking evaluates organizations across three key dimensions: employee satisfaction, revenue growth and sustainability transparency. The 2026 assessment includes an independent online survey of approximately 200,000 employees across more than 50 countries, together with analysis of company performance and sustainability-related data.
