Monroe Capital Supports Dealer Services Network’s Acquisition of GG&D Motor Vehicle Services

Monroe Capital LLC (“Monroe”) announced it acted as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on the funding of a senior credit facility to support the acquisition of GG&D Motor Vehicle Services (“GG&D”) by Dealer Services Network, an existing portfolio company of Frontenac.

Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Phoenix, AZ, GG&D is a DMV Authorized Third Party (ATP) provider of motor vehicle title and registration services. The acquisition strengthens Dealer Services Network’s presence across the western U.S., adding GG&D’s customer relationships and market presence in the Phoenix area.
