HighGrove Partners Acquires O&A Landscaping, Further Expanding its Florida Commercial Landscaping Footprint
HighGrove Partners, LLC (“HighGrove”), an Atlanta-based commercial landscaping company, today announced the completed acquisition of O&A Landscaping ("O&A"), headquartered in the Greater Orlando, Florida area. HighGrove is backed by Agellus Capital, LLC ("Agellus"), a middle-market private equity firm focused on essential services businesses.
O&A was founded by Carl Osborn and Rob Allis in 2006 and provides landscape maintenance, enhancement, arbor care, and irrigation services to a broad base of clients throughout Central Florida.
"Partnering with HighGrove gives O&A a strong foundation for growth across Florida and beyond. Our team and clients stand to benefit from the resources and support HighGrove brings to the table. The cultural fit was clear from our first conversations, and Jim's experience and guidance made this a straightforward decision for me," said Carl.
Rob noted, “Carl and I set out nearly two decades ago to build a company grounded in reliability and craftsmanship, and I'm proud of what our team has accomplished. Sharing that legacy with HighGrove feels like the right next step. Their commitment to their people and their clients mirrors our own, and I'm confident O&A's best days are still ahead."
HighGrove CEO Jim McCutcheon said, "Welcoming O&A into HighGrove marks an exciting step forward for the presence we are building in Florida. As we expand across the Southeast, Florida will continue to remain a key market for us, and we're excited to build on the strong reputation and service standards O&A has developed over the years."
Agellus Co-Founder and Managing Partner Jeff Aiello commented, "What Carl and Rob have built at O&A speaks for itself: a talented team, loyal clients, and a reputation for doing the work right. It's exactly the caliber of business we look for as we expand HighGrove. We're glad to have played a part in bringing these two companies together and look forward to supporting their continued growth in Florida."
