Addigy Partners with Leader Cloud to Expand Apple Device Management access for Australian MSPs

Partnership extends Addigy's global reach and creates new recurring revenue opportunities for MSPs

Addigy, the leader in Apple device management for managed service providers (MSPs) and IT teams, today announced a strategic partnership with Leader Cloud, a distributor that services more than 4,000 MSPs throughout Australia. Through the partnership, MSPs get easy access to Addigy’s real-time Apple device management platform along with the expert local support needed to grow their business.

The agreement also expands Addigy’s global presence. Apple's momentum in business is outpacing the broader market—Mac grew 11% in 2025 against industry average growth of 3.3%, according to Omdia—and companies increasingly look to MSPs to manage and secure those devices. Addigy makes it simple for regional MSPs to add Apple device management to their service portfolios and build new recurring revenue.

“Apple business adoption is accelerating. MSPs have a real opportunity to grow alongside it—if they have the right platform and the support to deploy it,” said Jason Dettbarn, Addigy founder and CTO. “By partnering with Leader Cloud, we’re helping Australian MSPs meet accelerating Apple demand head on. They get the technology, expertise, and local support they need to serve their customers with confidence and build a profitable Apple practice.”

Designed specifically for the Apple ecosystem and the MSP business model, Addigy MDM enables service providers to manage all their clients and devices from one multi-tenant platform. Key capabilities include:

  • Real-time device visibility and alerts
  • Automated deployment, policies and remediation
  • Remote access and troubleshooting
  • Continuous security and compliance monitoring

By automating routine tasks and providing centralized control, Addigy helps MSPs manage more Apple devices without adding overhead. MSPs improve service delivery, demonstrate value through client-level reporting, and protect their margins as their Apple practices grow.

“Our MSPs keep telling us the same thing: their SMB customers are buying more Apple, and they need a way to manage it that doesn’t slow them down,” said Hanh Tran, Cloud Business Manager at Leader Cloud. “Addigy gives them that—a platform built entirely for Apple and a partnership model that turns growing Apple adoption into a real revenue opportunity. Making Addigy available through Leader Cloud was an easy decision.”
