Now in its 42nd year, the Quest for Quality Awards are among the industry’s most respected benchmarks of customer satisfaction. Winners are determined entirely by Logistics Management readers—qualified supply chain professionals who interact with service providers daily and rate them on essential service attributes.

Carriers in the Truckload: Dry Freight Carriers category are evaluated on five critical service criteria: on-time performance, value, information technology, customer service and equipment and operations.
