Pinnacle Technology Solutions, LLC (“PTS”) www.pinnacletg.com, a leading U.S. Hybrid IT Solutions Provider, today announced the acquisition of Network Solutions, LLC. (“NSI”) www.nsi1.com, further strengthening PTS’ ability to deliver AI-powered infrastructure, software, cybersecurity, professional services, and managed services solutions to customers across North America. PTS was founded in 2022 and is building a leading U.S. Hybrid IT Solutions Provider serving enterprise and public sector customers.

The acquisition expands PTS’ technical depth, customer reach, and delivery capabilities while reinforcing the company’s long-term strategy to build a scaled, services-led technology platform. By bringing NSI into the PTS family, PTS gains additional engineering talent, customer relationships, and solution capabilities that will enhance value for both existing and future clients.
