Ferguson Declares Dividend
Ferguson Enterprises Inc. (NYSE: FERG) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.89 per share on the company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on October 7, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 21, 2026. The currency election deadline for Depositary Interest holders is September 10, 2026.
