Griffon Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend
The Board of Directors of Griffon Corporation (NYSE: GFF) (the “Company” or “Griffon”) yesterday declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per share. The dividend is payable on September 16, 2026 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 31, 2026.
