The JUST Jobs Scorecard utilizes publicly disclosed data to assess company progress on key corporate disclosure and performance metrics pertaining to job quality. The Scorecard helps corporate leaders assess job quality performance on 31 data points across six key topic areas. American Water’s recognition in Training & Development and Workforce Composition highlights its continued commitment to career development, training and tuition reimbursement opportunities, as well as diversity in leadership.
In addition to data point and topic scores, each company also receives an overall assessment, reflective of performance on the Scorecard’s job quality metrics. American Water is one of 162 companies that received a JUST Jobs Builder designation.
