Primaris REIT Announces Distribution for April 2024

Primaris Real Estate Investment Trust(“Primaris” or the “Trust”) (TSX: PMZ.UN) announced today that its Board of Trustees has declared a distribution of $0.07 per unit for the month of April 2024, representing $0.84 per unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be payable on May 15, 2024 to unitholders of record on April 30, 2024 to unitholders of record on April 30, 2024.
