Sallie Mae Sets Date for Annual Meeting of Stockholders
Sallie Mae® (Nasdaq: SLM) formally SLM Corporation, today announced its 2024 annual meeting of stockholders will take place on June 18, 2024, at 1 p.m. ET. The annual meeting will be held virtually and will be open to stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 22, 2024.
Additional details will be included in the company’s proxy statement to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission in late April.
