Quad Reinstates Dividend and Declares Quarterly Dividend of $0.05 Per Share
Quad/Graphics, Inc. (NYSE: QUAD) (“Quad” or the “Company”), a global leader in marketing experience, announced today that its Board of Directors reinstated its dividend and declared a quarterly dividend on the Company’s common stock of $0.05 per share, or $0.20 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend is payable on March 12, 2024, to shareholders of record as of February 27, 2024. This announcement will be discussed on Quad’s fourth quarter and full-year 2023 earnings call on February 21, 2024.
