Weave Enhances Payments Suite with Payment Plans
New feature simplifies billing by enabling automated monthly charges
Weave (NYSE: WEAV), a leading all-in-one experience platform for small and medium-sized healthcare practices, announced a new Payment Plans feature to its payment suite. This innovative addition will further streamline the payment process for businesses by allowing patients to pay their bill over time through automated, monthly charges.
Payment Plans enable healthcare businesses to easily set up and manage recurring payment schedules, making it convenient for both the business and their patients. This eliminates the need for manual invoicing and reduces the risk of missed payments. Weave customers can easily create a Payment Plan by inputting the amount due, first billing date, and the number of months. Payments will be charged automatically to the chosen Card on File until the plan is completed.
“Weave is committed to making it easier for healthcare providers to process and collect payments,” said Branden Neish, Chief Product & Technology Officer at Weave. “With Payment Plans, businesses can streamline recurring payments, which is a vital component of efficient cash flow management and elevated customer satisfaction. This allows practices to concentrate on delivering exemplary care, while Weave takes on the responsibility of refining the payment process.”
The introduction of Payment Plans further solidifies Weave's position as a leading provider of communication and payment solutions for small and medium-sized healthcare businesses. By offering a comprehensive suite of billing and payment features, Weave remains committed to helping these businesses thrive in an increasingly digital world.
“As a medical provider, my primary goal is to help make my patients' lives better,” says Dr. Adam Ramsey of Socialite Vision in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. “Weave Payment Plans will help us achieve that by enabling us to make the best treatment more affordable and attainable.”
Payment Plans are the latest in Weave’s lineup of payment features, including online bill pay, text to pay, mobile tap to pay, ACH, and scan to pay. For more information about Weave payments, please visit getweave.com/weave-payments.
