IN BRIEF: Galliford Try appointed to GBP4.3 billion Pagabo framework
Galliford Try Holdings PLC - London-based building and infrastructure construction under Galliford Try and Morrison Construction brands - Is appointed to Pagabo's GBP4.29 billion National Framework for Civil Engineering, Infrastructure and Enabling Works 2026, which Pagabo says is its largest infrastructure procurement offering to date. Galliford Try says it has been appointed to 82 lots covering "different value bands, regions, and sectors, including highways, rail, water and environment, energy, nuclear and defence." Chief Executive Bill Hocking adds: "We are delighted to have successfully secured a place on this significant framework for our Infrastructure business. Operating in high-quality frameworks is a key part of our sustainable growth strategy and we look forward to working with Pagabo to deliver for their clients in the coming years."
The new framework will run for a term of four years, with the framework agreement available for use by sectors including central and local government, NHS, blue light, housing and education, Pagabo says, adding that "the framework has been created to connect public sector bodies and private organisations with appointed contractors that will collaboratively deliver quality service and value for money outcomes." The new offering combines the scopes of the National Framework for Civil Engineering and Infrastructure and the National Framework for Demolition and Land Preparation, both of which, Pagabo says, has supported it in "establishing its presence in the infrastructure sector and helping public sector organisations with procuring transformational schemes."
