IN BRIEF: Jardine Matheson completes "significant" I-MED acquisition

Jardine Matheson Holdings Ltd - Hong Kong-based holding company with interests in retail, property, hotels and motor dealerships - Completes the acquisition of Australian diagnostic imaging and teleradiology company I-MED Radiology Network. Says this "is a significant step", being "its first major investment since its transition to an investment company in 2025," and "marks the beginning of building a new earnings growth pillar". Adds that it "will closely partner with I-MED's management team to support the company's continued growth and expansion." Says I-Med is Australia and New Zealand's largest combined diagnostic imaging network, offering various medical imaging and radiology services. It operates 215 clinics and performs approximately seven million patient procedures each year.
