Jangada investee Axies eyes AIM float later in October
(Alliance News) - Axies Ventures Ltd, backed by London-listed, is set to list on AIM later this month, according to a filing on Wednesday.
The mineral exploration firm, with copper and gold assets in Cyprus and Canada, did not state whether it will raise any capital in its float, nor did it reveal an anticipated market capitalisation.
It said it plans to list in "mid-October".
Jangada owns a 4.4% stake in Axies. Jangada is a natural resources development company, with interests in Brazil.
Holding365 Ltd is the largest shareholder in Axies, with a 33% stake. Holding365 is controlled by Axies Executive Director David Whitlow.
Jangada in early-September said the Axies IPO will be "at a significant multiple" to its entry point in the company. Jangada invested GBP150,000 in two tranches in 2022 and 2026.
