IN BRIEF: Tungsten West names Katherine Callaghan as non-exec director
Tungsten West PLC - Devon, England-based mining development company - Appoints Katherine Callaghan as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee with immediate effect. Tungsten West says Callaghan is an experienced non-executive director with significant board, governance and leadership experience across the engineering, manufacturing, aerospace and defence sectors. She is currently a Non-Executive Director and Remuneration Committee Chair at High Value Manufacturing Catapult and RLC Aerospace, and previously held the same role at AIM-listed Epwin Group PLC. She also holds senior HR experience at Rotork PLC and Dyson, with expertise in organisational transformation, M&A, succession planning and executive recruitment, Tungsten says. Non-Executive Chair Stephen Harrison says: "I am very pleased that Kathy has agreed to join Tungsten West at this key stage of the company’s development. Kathy brings different skills to the company increasing the depth of board experience."
