IN BRIEF: Partners Group Private Equity net asset value steady in July
Partners Group Private Equity Ltd - Guernsey-registered investment trust managed by Partners Group AG - Net asset value per share edges up 0.1% in July to EUR11.58 at month-end. The equates to total NAV of EUR771.3 million. Portfolio revaluations during July provide a 0.3% increase to NAV, but 0.3% in negative currency movement offset this. PGPE receives EUR4.7 million in distributions from portfolio companies during July, led by Rosen Group, a Stans, Switzerland-based provider of inspection services for energy infrastructure. However, PGPE says the three top drivers of value creation within its portfolio during July are KinderCare Learning Cos, Forterro and Version 1.
PGPE earlier this week called an extraordinary general meeting in October for shareholders to vote on proposals to create a dual share class structure or to wind down the entire company.
