Realmo Adds One-Click AI Analysis to Commercial Property and Listing Pages
NEW YORK, NY / ACCESS Newswire / October 29, 2026 / Realmo, a U.S. CRE Intelligence platform, has added AI analysis to its property records and listing pages. Buyers, brokers and tenants can ask Rey, Realmo's AI assistant, about a property or open its data in ChatGPT, Grok or Claude.

Many commercial real estate buyers already ask AI assistants to help vet properties. But a general-purpose assistant does not automatically receive listing-level information for a particular address, such as asking price, cap rate or zoning. Without that data, users may have to enter figures manually or risk receiving answers based on assumptions. Realmo now supplies that data directly from its pages, across a marketplace with more than 1 million active listings.
There are several AI options available:
- At the top of the page, "Analyze this listing with AI" starts an analysis. Visitors can also select a suggested question, such as "What are key features of this property?"
- "Research This Page with AI" brings the available options together near the bottom of the page. Selecting "Ask Rey →" lets visitors ask questions without leaving Realmo.
- Selecting "ChatGPT," "Grok" or "Claude" opens the chosen assistant in a new tab, with the same property data ready for analysis.
Each option uses the data described on the page as "Includes: Price & PSF · Cap rate · Location · Zoning."
Ian Arguno, Head of Analytics at Realmo, said:
"Buyers are already asking AI about commercial property, and the answer is only as good as the numbers behind it. We don't need to be the only assistant someone uses. We need to make sure that whichever one they open, it's working from the real price, cap rate and zoning for that building."
For investors and buyers, the feature supports screening multiple listings before selecting properties to tour or underwrite. In their preferred AI assistant, they can ask about a cap rate or what a zoning designation may mean for their intended use. Listing data provides a starting point for further questions, not a substitute for professional review.
Brokers and owners who list on Realmo can use the page to answer common property questions and prepare initial client summaries. When prospective buyers open a listing in ChatGPT, Grok or Claude, the assistant starts with Realmo's available price, cap rate and zoning data.
Tenants and business buyers can ask plain-language questions about a property's location or zoning while assessing fit with their needs and budget. This lets them begin their research without specialized commercial real estate terminology. Permitted uses and other details still need independent verification before any decision.
The feature is live on Realmo property records and listing pages. Anyone can use it without a Realmo account. Visitors can explore an example on a Realmo listing.
