American Wave Machines dépose une poursuite pour violation de brevet contre WhiteWater West Industries
SOLANA BEACH, CA / ACCESS Newswire / 2 octobre 2026 / American Wave Machines, Inc. (AWM), la société de technologie de surf derrière PerfectSwell® Surf Venues à l'échelle mondiale, a annoncé le dépôt d'une poursuite pour violation de brevet contre WhiteWater West Industries, Ltd. (WhiteWater). La poursuite concerne le système de vagues Endless Surf de WhiteWater, actuellement installé dans un parc de surf en construction à Fellsmere, en Floride, et a été déposé devant la Cour de district des États-Unis pour le district sud de la Floride.
